Library

The hospital library is a public library intended to serve as a centre for information and literature within the hospital. A wide range of subjects is covered, including fiction literature. Patients and their relatives as well as hospital staff are welcome as borrowers. 

A librarian visits the ward with a book trolley once a week. You can also order books, magazines, talking/audio books, music CD:s or DVD-films which you wish to borrow. Phone us, +46186113536, or send an e-mail to:  sjukhusbiblioteket at akademiska.se.

You are of course also welcome to visit the library on the lower ground floor, entrance 85. It is open Monday-Friday, 9 am-3 pm. At the library, computers with Internet access are available for patients.
