Addiction Psychiatry

The department of addiction psychiatry is attached to the county council for Uppsala county, and carries out specialized care of patients with addictions. The care offered is intended for persons over 18 years of age with alcohol, narcotic and/or drug dependence problems. The department operates from a basis of science and proven experience, in line with the recommendations of the Social Welfare Board.
